Exciting news

Yesterday I went to the doctor and had an A1C test done.  This test gives you an average of what your blood sugar has been for the last 3 months.  The last time I had this test done was in October, it was 5.7.  They really want me to keep my number under 6.  Today I got a message from my doctor who told me that my A1C was 5.3.  This made me very happy.  It gives me the encouragement to keep working on my diet and exercise program.  I love getting good news from the doctor.
